Job Description

Learning Needs Analysis:

•Identify L&D needs in collaboration with Business Units and HR Business Partners

•Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) using performance data, competency frameworks, and business inputs


Program Design & Delivery:

•Coordinate with internal trainers, SMEs, and external vendors to design and deliver training programs

•Support development of training content, modules, and learning pathways

•Plan and manage end-to-end rollout of training programs including timelines, target audience, logistics, and locations


Learning Operations & Engagement:

•Drive learning campaigns and create engaging learning content, micro-learning nuggets, and communication material

•Ensure high participation and learner engagement across programs

•Track participant attendance, completion, and learning methods


Digital Learning & Special Projects:

•Contribute to digital learning initiatives such as LMS, e-learning modules, blended learning, and virtual programs

•Support special L&D projects focused on building a continuous learning culture Analytics & Effectiveness

•Maintain learning MIS and dashboards

•Track training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and ROI metrics

•Prepare reports and insights for leadership review


Essentials:

•Strong knowledge of L&D concepts, adult learning principles, and training effectiveness

•Analytical mindset with experience in learning analytics and reporting

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented

•Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment

•Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

•Passion for people development and continuous learning
