Learning and Development Specialist

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Learning and Development Specialist assists the L&OD team in coordinating and administering training programs under Consistent University, conducting organizational assessments, and supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, development, and overall organizational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate training, adult learning, teaching, or a dedicated
• facilitation role, with a strong emphasis on direct training delivery.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to command a room, whether in-person or virtually.
• Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and adult learning tools and principles.
