The Role

This role will specialise in digital L&D programs, where you will own the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable digital learning experiences. Within this role, you will ensure that learning is accessible, engaging, and embedded into everyday work for a diverse consulting workforce. You will sit within the L&D function of the P&C team, supporting the OD&L Manager and OD Specialist with rolling out the L&D strategy across the business. This is a full-time role, based in the CBD, with flexibility to work from home.
