Job Description

1. Program Management (Functional & Behavioural training):

  • Execute the L&D strategy designed for the year aligned to the organization objectives and needs.
  • Facilitate key training programs
  • Liaise with external agencies to execute training programs
  • Track & Measuring program effectiveness through pre and post-training assessments for relevant learning programs


2. Learning Management System:

  • Manage Learning Management system (LMS), track training progress, manage training resources and generate reports on training effectiveness
  • Design and create modules in collaboration with functional heads for LMS
  • Content creation, curation, finalization & release on the LMS
  • Creation of ready reckoners, Link to external courses
  • Learning related polls, surveys
