Job Description
1. Program Management (Functional & Behavioural training):
- Execute the L&D strategy designed for the year aligned to the organization objectives and needs.
- Facilitate key training programs
- Liaise with external agencies to execute training programs
- Track & Measuring program effectiveness through pre and post-training assessments for relevant learning programs
2. Learning Management System:
- Manage Learning Management system (LMS), track training progress, manage training resources and generate reports on training effectiveness
- Design and create modules in collaboration with functional heads for LMS
- Content creation, curation, finalization & release on the LMS
- Creation of ready reckoners, Link to external courses
- Learning related polls, surveys
