Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Faculty
– Global 'AI First' Learning Academy As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Faculty within Perficient's Global 'AI First' Learning Academy, you will bring deep functional expertise in one or more of the Academy's four pillars — AI Skills, Consulting & Professional Skills, Project Management & Delivery Excellence, and Leadership Development. You will play a strategic and instructional role, ensuring that learning solutions, whether developed internally, co-created with practice teams, or sourced from external partners, effectively address competency gaps and business needs. This includes course design, curriculum development, delivery, assessment, and competency benchmarking. Beyond teaching, you will act as a coach, mentor, and advisor, guiding learners through structured journeys and applying your expertise to real-world problems.
