Job Description

The Learning and Development Specialist (Technical Enablement) will create, develop, implement, and conduct technical enablement programs for employees—particularly for Technical Sales Bootcamp and technical onboarding of Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Service Delivery (SD) teams. You will convert SME knowledge into repeatable learning assets, implement proficiency validation, and conduct post-training evaluation and follow-through to support knowledge application. Build and execute hands-on technical workshops using relevant lab/simulation platforms and support long-term sustainability through a train-the-trainer approach within the L&D team.

Responsibilities:
