Job Description

**OBJECTIVE**
The Learning and Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization. They will assess training needs, develop curriculum, and manage the delivery of training sessions. The Training Supervisor will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
1. Design training programs that address identified needs and align with organizational objectives.
2. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
3. Conduct assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
4. Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine training priorities and goals.
5. Coordinate with the process experts to deliver specialized training in areas of production and administration.
