Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver a range of training initiatives, including welcome/onboarding sessions, PSO and specialist workshops, and supervisor-level development.

You will also manage training records and support the Learning Management System (LMS). This role plays a key part in embedding a strong learning culture across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding, workshops and specialist training to frontline colleagues and supervisors.
  • Act as a role-model trainer for PSO, demonstrating both technical understanding and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate training records and support LMS administration and reporting.
  • Monitor training attendance, completion and compliance metrics.
