Job Description
As a **Learning and Performance Development Specialist** in the HR function, your main focus will be to lead and drive all Learning and Performance Development (L&PD) interventions for Sales Market MX-CO-EC, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Represent the Sales Market in Regional projects and initiatives, actively contributing insights and best practices. Serve as a liaison between the Sales Market and the Region, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of global strategies at the Sales Market level.
This hybrid role reports into our Regional Learning and Performance Development Manager and is based out of the Mexico City Support Office
