This role blends strategic partnership , program ownership , and operational excellence , ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience in building scalable learning programs, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
