Job Description
The Retirement Operations Change Management and Learning Centre of Excellence is seeking a Learning Consultant to work in collaboration with leaders and subject matter experts from Retirement Operations as well as with multi-disciplinary project teams to lead learning activities across transformational and business-as-usual initiatives. This role will be responsible for strategically designing, developing, and implementing tailored learning strategies and plans to drive learning commitments from awareness and training delivery through to sustained user adoption.
Key Accountabilities
Bring learning expertise, consultation and influence in support of the Retirement Operations ambition, goals and service commitment to customers. partner with leaders to define, prioritize and solution learning needs, ensuring ongoing alignment with strategic initiatives and expectations from senior leaders through consistent communication.
