Job Description
The Learning Coordinator will be a part of Learning Operations within Ops and Advisory and will support the Learning and Skills CoE team within People and Culture. This role is to assist delivery of the learning value chain and build knowledge of local training related requirements. As a part of this role, the operational onboarding of local learning requirements and the assignment of the local groups in the LMS based on the local Compliance Matrix are a key part in supporting the site/region/business in maintaining License to Operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Ops and Advisory Learning Operations to administer learning programs. Add session scheduling, assignments, and requests in Lapp for Learning Ops.
- Coordinate use of Learning Management System for demand planning, session management, faculty, nominations, reporting, materials and upkeep of records / certification.
