Duties:

• Coordinate Private training class deliveries, including gathering customer requirements, customer outreach, event coordination and logistics, ensuring quality and consistency of training events .
• Solve training class delivery issues and make contingency plans, with minimum impact on participants .
• Develop plans and new processes as the business and Learner needs evolve.
• Create and maintain Public training schedules across various geographies, languages, and delivery formats.
• Analyse data and leverage the insights to form the Public training schedule .
