Job Description
Completed High School Diploma or ongoing/completed Bachelor’s Degree. - 1+ year of experience as a trainer or training coordinator in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, food industry, or other industrial environments. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel to collect, analyze and present information relevant to the learning area.
The Fulfillment Center Learning Coordinator works with operations managers, area managers, production assistants to coordinate all associate onboarding activities for the site, and must be willing to work day/night shift. Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned. This position has a high level of program administrative management.
