Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning Design Associate with strong experience in learning or instructional design to help shape and deliver digital marketing, AI, and technology-focused learning programs.

This role is suited for candidates with 3+ years of experience designing courses, training programs, or learning journeys who want to apply their expertise in a fast-evolving digital and AI context. While this is an associate role, you will own learning design decisions and work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality, engaging learning experiences.

You will be supported on program operations and coordination as you grow into broader program ownership.
