The AI Learning Design Lead plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering strategic learning experiences that support Human’s AI initiatives. This role operates with a high degree of independence and collaborates across teams to ensure alignment between business goals and learning outcomes.

The Learning Design Lead analyzes content, organizes content, designs solutions, and writes storyboards, scripts, performance support, mobile learning and manuals. Analyzes learning needs and partners with subject matter experts to provide input for course content. Writes effective learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments to measure training effectiveness. Ensures course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
