Job Description:
We are looking for a Learning Designer (Tech) to join our team at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal teams to create engaging and effective learning content for technical programs.

Experience 1 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to understand the scope of technical programs.
Create learning materials such as storyboards, course videos, eLearning modules, hands-on projects,
Suggest and implement innovative ideas to improve learning design processes.
Ensure instructional content aligns with learner-centric and adult learning principles.
Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Desired Profile:

1-4 years of experience in learning design with exposure to technologies like Java, C, AWS, C++, Python, Azure, and RDBMS.
Strong experience in developing both Web-based Training and Instructor-Led Training materials.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in developing storyboards, audio scripts, and study materials.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and adapt to diverse environments.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and evolving environments. Exposure to designing non-technical training is a plus.
