ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Learning Designer at CA ANZ, you’ll be part of the Education Content & Strategy team, responsible for designing and developing contemporary learning programs for accounting and finance professionals. This includes CPD courses, CA Program subjects, and other work-related learning that builds practical, work-ready skills.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Analysing content and identifying gaps to inform effective learning design.
  • Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
  • Writing and structuring content for various delivery modes including online and face-to-face.
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards.
  • Leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Championing operational excellence and best practice in learning design.

ABOUT YOU

You’re a strategic thinker and collaborative team player with a passion for education. You bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in learning design across digital and blended formats.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and emotional intelligence.
  • Academic qualifications in education (highly valued).
