The Training Design & Delivery Analyst is a learning expert with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional development and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and optimizing training programs that drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, across our worldwide contact centers.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to assess training needs, develop learning solutions through instructional design practices, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure all agents are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
