Training Design and Methodology

  • Provide expertise in learning and development design and delivery.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning and development programs based on generally accepted principles of adult learning.
  • Partner with function leaders to identify learning needs/training opportunities for their employees.
  • Implement training needs analysis activities such as formal assessment, interviews, etc.
  • Develop learning course content, to include creating learning objectives, application exercises, manuals and learning aids, and evaluation tools, for both live and virtual training
  • Create and manage post-learning assessments to ensure learners are equipped with essential skills capabilities
