Learning, Development & Capability Officer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning, Development & Capability Officer to join our Head Office People & Culture team and play a key role in developing capability across the organisation and the red meat industry.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys variety — combining learning and development coordination with hands-on generalist HR support.

This newly created role is based in Head Office at Cannon Hill. You’ll support the delivery of learning and development initiatives for our company and industry while providing generalist HR support with our Head office teams. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees to build skills, support performance, and ensure a positive employee experience.
