Job Description
As aLearning and Development Consultant, you will be joining a team of L&D professionals that drive and support all Learning initiatives for our front-line call centre & retail member centres. You willbe responsible fordesigning and delivering learning and development activities that support and drive the strategicobjectives.
This position is being offered as a full time12-monthSecondment with the potential for permanency, based at our Collier Pass office, in Joondalup.
What will you be doing?
Make recommendations on processes aligned to current business practice and emerging needs
Identifyand implement the most effective and efficient learning methodologies, with a focus on digital learning practisesand face to face engagement
Assistwith the design and implementation of virtual onboarding and training programs to a large audience of adult learners
