Learning & Development Consultant

As a Learning and Development Consultant , you will be joining a team of L&D professionals that drive and support all Learning initiatives for our front-line call centre & retail member centres. You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and development activities that support and drive the strategic objectives.

This position is being offered as a full time 12-month Secondment with the potential for permanency, based at our Collier Pass office, in Joondalup.

• Make recommendations on processes aligned to current business practice and emerging needs

• Identify and implement the most effective and efficient learning methodologies, with a focus on digital learning practises and face to face engagement
