We are currently seeking a highly organised, pro‑active and service‑oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is based in Rhodes with periodic days in the Sydney CBD.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be the engine room of our learning function. This is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating employee learning initiatives across both Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial.

You will drive the efficient operation of our development programs for our diverse workforce, providing support to employees across both businesses to ensure our programs align with their professional goals.
