Learning & Development Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Training Institute team based at the CMV Truck & Bus Training Institute in Derrimut. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of our learning framework to enhance employee skills and competencies across the group. You will work closely with training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure learning activities align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development activities, including course enrolments.
• Coordinate the apprentice intake program, including managing all recruitment and selection activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates throughout the process.
• Attend school career fairs, career and truck expos.
• Manage logistics such as venue bookings, equipment, and trainer coordination.
