Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources this role is responsible for the coordination of learning and development activities across the hotel. Working with Department Heads in recruitment training & developing employees.
This is a newly created role that is suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved with people facilitating sessions and supporting development along with other generalist responsibilities.
DAY TO DAY
- Support the Director of People and Culture to ensure the hotel implements its P&C Strategy
- Support Department Heads in recruitment and assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with the induction and orientation of new team members following Resort guidelines where requested. To assist new team members to feel welcomed and to be able to carry out their duties in accordance with the Brand/Service Standards and Procedures Manuals
