We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to join our team in India. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing learning and development initiatives across our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fostering employee growth and driving organizational success through effective training programs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze data to inform program improvements
  • Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning content, manuals, and presentations
  • Support the onboarding process by designing and delivering orientation programs for new employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives
  • Contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes continuous learning and growth

Additional Information

Your team and working environment:

  • You would be reporting to the Learning and Development Manager
  • You have to work closely with operations team of Front Office, Food and Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Spa and Finance to ensure Cousu Main experience (Exceptional Guest Service) to the guest
  • Ensure Leadership Team are well aware of business forecast and strategies of the hotel
