Job Description
HRD Corp Administration: Manage the full cycle of the e-TRiS portal, including grant applications before training and the timely submission of claims post-training to ensure full levy utilization and cost recovery.
Training Logistics & Coordination: Handle all logistics for internal and external programs, including venue booking, trainer liaison, refreshment coordination, and preparing training materials.
Record Management: Maintain and update the centralized training database. Ensure all relevant documents are digitally filed and organized.
Onboarding Support: Coordinate the administrative side of the orientation program, ensuring all new hires are scheduled for and complete their necessary induction modules.
Vendor Management: Act as the point of contact for external training providers, manage quotations, facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, and process invoices.
