We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team, with a focus on learning and development. This role will be responsible for identifying skill gaps and planning development programs to upskill employees and strengthen workforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess learning and development needs across the organization.
- Plan, design, and implement effective training programs that support employee performance, engagement, and career development.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
