The duties of this role include: 

  • Project lead on learning and development requirements for all integration related activity and change management. Working closely with Change Management professionals and the wider integration team.  
  • Understand the training requirements of new system and processes and design, implement training programs to ensure broad understanding across the European business. 
  • Understand the training needs of the single business areas, sectors and entities of the combined business in Europe (skills, competencies, behaviours), including the differences in language & culture within the region. 
  • Assess L&D initiatives and training programmes available in all parts of the business incl. its affiliates.
