Reporting to Director of People & Culture your key responsibilities would be to

  • Lead all Learning & Development initiatives across the hotel from onboarding to ongoing training as well our online sessions on digital learning platform.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs that develop skills build confidence and inspire excellence.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and tailor solutions that support both individual and business goals.
  • Design career development pathways that encourage growth mobility and retention.
  • Coach and mentor team members supporting them in achieving their professional goals.
