Role Summary:

Koantek is a Databricks-exclusive consulting and systems integration partner, recognized with multiple   Databricks Partner of the Year awards   across APJ and Global markets. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a   Learning & Enablement Leader   to build and scale Koantek’s global enablement programs from our India hub.

This leader will design and drive   sales, technical, and delivery enablement   programs, ensuring our teams — and our customers — are equipped to lead in the   Agentic AI and Data + AI revolution.   The role blends curriculum design, training execution, and partner-aligned certification pathways with an emphasis on   measurable impact and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Strategy:   Build and execute a global enablement strategy across   sales, technical, delivery, and customer   learning paths.
  • Curriculum Development:   Design scalable, modular training programs aligned with Databricks, hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, GCP, SAP), and Koantek solution offerings.
  • Trainer Leadership:   Lead a team of internal trainers, external instructors, and SMEs to deliver high-quality enablement experiences.
  • AI & Agentic Skills:   Drive reskilling and upskilling on   Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern data architectures.
  • Certification Programs:   Establish certification and accreditation frameworks that elevate team credibility and customer trust.
  • Customer Enablement:   Extend learning programs to customers, ensuring adoption of Koantek accelerators and Databricks solutions.
  • Measurement & ROI:   Track learning impact, program adoption, and enablement’s influence on deal velocity, partner funding, and delivery quality.
  • Collaboration:   Work closely with   Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Alliances, and HR   to ensure enablement is embedded across the business.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in   learning, enablement, or talent development , ideally within technology or consulting organizations.
  • Proven track record in building   global enablement programs   across sales and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of   cloud, data, and AI/ML technologies ; Databricks experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in creating   scalable training frameworks   (instructor-led, digital, hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across global teams and deliver in a   fast-paced, high-growth environment.
