Heading the Learning & Development department within Group HR supporting the learning requirements of the Tan Chong Group. The Learning & Development Manager will play a critical role in partnering HRBP across the Group in supporting the learning & development needs that are critical to ensure the development of appropriate skill sets, expertise and growth of Tan Chong employees.
