Role Summary: 

The Learning & Development Manager drives the training and performance through coordination and collaboration with partners, principals and other leaders within the company. This role is critical in administering and advancing the vision of the company through business performance and the development of people who are better trained, more capable, and more engaged in delivering value to clients and the profession. The position ensures that employee growth directly strengthens RDC-S111's competitive advantage, reputation, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with the principals and leaders of each workgroup to understand and implement programs at the company and workgroup levels
