The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and hands‑on Learning & Development Manager to lead and deliver learning across Ayers Rock Resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role is responsible for shaping, coordinating, and embedding learning frameworks that support a large, operational workforce. You will lead resort‑wide training delivery, manage systems and external providers, and ensure learning initiatives align with business needs, compliance requirements, budget expectations, and employee development aspirations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
