The L&D Partner is responsible for managing training paths, certifications, and learning programs that support employee and partner development. This role ensures all learners receive the right training, mentorship, and support needed to succeed, while aligning with company strategy and partner requirements.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, L&D, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years in L&D, training coordination, or LMS administration **within an IT environment**.
- Experience with technical training and certifications.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
