What Will You Drive
● Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs aligned with CARS24’s sales processes, customer journey, and product offerings.
● Conduct onboarding, product training, process training, roleplays, and assessments for new and existing team members.
● Build structured monthly/quarterly training calendars and ensure timely execution across all hubs.
● Conduct field coaching and on-ground capability-building sessions to improve real-time sales effectiveness.
● Track training outcomes through KPIs such as sales conversion improvement, quality audits, assessment scores, and productivity uplift.
● Maintain training documentation including SOPs, decks, assessments, and feedback reports.
● Collaborate closely with Regional Operations, Sales Excellence, HRBP, and Hub Managers to identify training needs and build targeted interventions.
