Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that enhance employee performance and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Financial Services sector (banking, insurance, fintech, investments, or related areas) and a strong ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended training programs aligned with business goals
Conduct training needs analysis and customize content for different learner groups
Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing skill development programs
Deliver training on financial products, processes, compliance, customer service, and soft skills (as applicable)
