Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, theLearning & Development (L&D) Program Leadplays a key roleinleading the assessment and design of AESO’sInternal andExternal TrainingPrograms.This roleworks collaboratively to support the Transformation Management Office and Market Participant Readiness to ensuretheprogram meets the learning needs of current and prospective Market Participants in Alberta’s electricityindustry.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary, and a variable pay program.
