**About the Role**:
The L&D Specialist is responsible for executing and driving learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives across Mexico and Central America, in alignment with Essity’s global and regional strategy.
In this role you will manage the planning, logistics, and implementation of the monthly training calendar. This includes facilitating workshops, managing learning platforms, and monitoring key performance indicators.
This role works closely with HR Business Partners and local teams to ensure the development of critical capabilities, foster a culture of continuous learning, promote diversity and inclusion, and support selected change management processes.
