Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is a key strategic and functional expert responsible for elevating the capability of the L&D team and the business. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Manager, driving organizational development through expert consultation, advanced instructional design, and exceptional facilitation. The Specialist will ensure L&D initiatives are strategically aligned with organizational priorities and act as the principal facilitator and design mentor for the team.
The position is a 12-month contract
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Serve as a strategic partner to the Manager, assisting with organizational wide L&D strategy, annual planning, and priority setting based on organizational goals
