Position Summary:In collaboration with the department’s training manager, ensure training programs are implemented as intended and logistics for program management and training content are monitored. This position is responsible for occasional delivery and regular maintenance of accurate and effective training and training materials for DurhamOperations and Quality functions. The training coordinator will assist the management team in maintaining regulatory compliance with training requirements as documented in the Company’s quality system.Primary Duties:Support delivery and maintenance of training materials. Occasional development of training material. Training materials consist of hard copy task‑based training learning modules, electronic form development in the LMS, PPT presentations, eLearnings.
