Your new roleAs an HR Specialist (Learning & Development), you will take ownership of the company’s training and development agenda, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. This is a hands‑on role where you will partner with key stakeholders to identify emerging learning needs, lead the annual learning needs analysis, and develop the overall Learning Plan. You will also prepare and monitor the yearly training budget, manage external training partners, and oversee contract administration in consultation with the corporate legal team.
Key responsibilities include:Designing and updating employee orientation materials and conducting onboarding programmes. Reviewing and maintaining training calendars in the HR portal. Coordinating in‑house and external training programmes to meet business and compliance requirements. Liaising with training vendors on schedules, materials, costs, and logistics. Conducting post‑training evaluations and monitoring programme effectiveness. Administering training bonds, grants, and claims. Generating training reports and tracking programme utilisation. Handling employee queries on training policies and procedures. What you’ll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you should bring proven experience in Learning & Development within a corporate HR environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance both strategic planning and operational execution are essential. Experience in managing training budgets, vendor partnerships, and compliance requirements will be highly valued.
