Job Summary:

The Senior Executive – Learning & Development is responsible for designing,

implementing and driving effective learning strategies and programs aligned with

organizational objectives. This role requires a strategic and hands-on professional with

deep expertise in learning frameworks, instructional design, and capability development

to enhance employee performance and foster a culture of continuous learning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and capability requirements across departments, with a strong focus on the sales function.
