Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering high-quality training content that aligns with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop solutions that drive business results.

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies;
- Experience in creating engaging training materials using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
