Learning Support Assistant- Manchester 


Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Autism Support Assistant to join a SEN Primary School in Manchester to work with children to work on a full-time basis starting asap. This role is 8:30am-3:30pm, and is a Temp to Perm position.


You’ll be joining an inclusive and supportive school, focused on diversity and promoting a loving academic environment for their children.


This is an exciting role for an experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!


What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:

  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

  • Support the pupil consistently on a 1:1 basis whilst responding to their individual needs

  • Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
