Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Location: Mumbai – Churchgate

Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for managing academic operations, mentoring students, and ensuring effective student engagement on campus. The role involves close coordination with students and faculty to support academic progress, practical learning, and overall student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an on-campus mentor and primary point of contact for students
• Drive student engagement activities to enhance learning and participation
• Manage and coordinate curriculum implementation as per academic guidelines
• Assist students with academic-related queries and challenges
• Guide students in practical and experiential learning activities
• Coordinate and accompany students on industrial visits as and when required
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional standards
• Liaise with faculty and internal teams to ensure smooth academic delivery

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Student-centric approach with mentoring capability
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple academic activities simultaneously
• Basic understanding of curriculum and academic processes

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Tech background preferred)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, student engagement, or mentoring roles preferred
