As part of Amazon's Associate Learning & Development (ALD) team, you'll help transform how we deliver training across our transportation network. Working within defined frameworks and established strategies, you'll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to design and develop effective learning solutions. You'll utilize various authoring tools and technologies to create engaging, interactive content that aligns with adult learning principles and proven instructional design methods. Your work will drive measurable learning outcomes and support the development of employees across the Transportation Operations Management (TOM) organization.
