The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for designing and developing effective and engaging learning experiences in various topics of mandatory and compliance trainings. This role collaborates with stakeholders to assess learning needs, applies instructional design principles, and manages the creation of digital learning with high efficiency, utilizing a team of elearning developers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the intake, approval and content creation processes of mandatory and compliance trainings globally
+ Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps through available data liaise with business and compliance stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with the content sponsors, owners and SMEs to ensure meeting course objectives both from learning and business risk management perspectives.
