Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage L&D programmes, ensuring timely planning, quality assurance, and smooth delivery.
- Liaise with UK and India stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external providers to manage scheduling, resources, and communication.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), track attendance, and manage learner communication.
- Facilitate selected training sessions and support learning needs analysis.
- Prepare reports, analyse feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes.
- Support L&D projects, workshops, and content development.
What You’ll Bring:
- Qualifications in Business Studies, HR, or related fields.
- Experience - 8-12 years
- Strong project coordination skills and proficiency in MS Office;
