Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage L&D programmes, ensuring timely planning, quality assurance, and smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with UK and India stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external providers to manage scheduling, resources, and communication.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), track attendance, and manage learner communication.
  • Facilitate selected training sessions and support learning needs analysis.
  • Prepare reports, analyse feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes.
  • Support L&D projects, workshops, and content development.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Qualifications in Business Studies, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience - 8-12 years
  • Strong project coordination skills and proficiency in MS Office;
    LMS experience preferred (Syfadis desirable).
